Here, in my second draft of a stop motion film, I use a character known to me only as the Amazon Box Guy. His sweet but albeit short journey involves a stage of contemplation near a cliff, and his eventual flight from it. This is supposed to be my way of saying that risks really can and do pay off. Here's (finally) the cut of my video montage assignment. As a little background for my video, I needed to create a 2 minute video that somehow relates to a word I chose. My word was 'waves'. In the 20+ clips I used for my montage, I tried to find things that either make a wave noise, or evoked some sort of ebb and flow through imagery. Some things are literal, some are a little more subtle, and some are extremely obvious, but the main premise is that I have an assignment that I left until the last minute to do, and complete it just on time. I hope some of this comes through, enjoy!
